Thank you all for your quick responses in regards to changing the meeting date and your availability.  If you have yet to do that, please take a second to respond accordingly.  Remember, new date is:  October 1st @ 6:30pm

Technical...

Just last week I released the schedule for the next three months.  Upon doing so, I received a couple of declines due to unavailability due to 'already known" appointments.  Planning centre has a really cool feature in which you can 'block out' dates that you can't serve.

After logging in to planning centre, you will see a calendar located on the left of you main page.  Directly below that is the "block out dates" option.  I would encourage you to give that a look over.  It is so wonderful to be able to make schedules around your schedules instead of changing them up later.
