At Calvary Church, we want people to develop meaningful, Jesus-centered relationships. We see in Scripture that God created us for connection, first with him and then with other people. Life Groups and Focus Groups are two of the ways we aim to cultivate these relationships.

Life Groups

A Life Group is a small gathering of believers that regularly meet in the name of Jesus. We do this by following the pattern of the early church, devoting ourselves to the apostles teaching, the fellowship, the breaking of bread, and the prayers (Acts 2:41-47).

We’re in the process of developing more Life Groups. If you are interested in leading or participating in a Life Group please contact Colton (colton@thecalvarywebsite.com)

focus groups

Focus Groups help us grow in the Lord and build relationships with others toward a specific goal. These groups vary in their topic of study and length, generally meeting for 4-8 weeks.

If you’d like to know more and/or you’re interested in leading a Focus Group, please contact Colton (colton@thecalvarywebsite.com)

Study of 1, 2, and 3 john | For women

How can we hold onto assurance of our faith? How can we discern the truth from a lie? How can we know God loves us? In three short letters, the apostle John reminds an early church facing division, deception, and doubt to hold fast to what they know and to live like they believe it. Two thousand years later, John's words still call to Christians in similar challenges to recall a great salvation and to abide in the truth.
